Candidates can submit duly completed applications along with certified copies of certificates via, registered post to the address: Director, Center for Open and Distance Learning, Uva Wellassa University, Badulla by mentioning “Application for the Certificate Course in English for School Leavers – Batch 10” on the top left corner of the envelope.
Candidates’ selection process: Shortlisted applicants will be selected through an interview.
